All right, if I don't declare a swap now, I'll keep hemming and hawing over what it shall be. It is another anymedia swap.

Soooo... we are going to have a spring themed swap. Sign up now. Items should be mailed by May 1st.
Yes, that's only one month - but don't worry, it doesn't have to be a major project. As in, if you're a quilter, don't make a quilt - make a quilted pincushion or something. If you're a knitter, don't make a sweater, make a simple hat or wristlet. You get the idea.

Who's game? Sign up by 3 April!

You'll be making one item. Once everyone is signed up, I'll match names, and you'll send the item directly to the person you are assigned.

Ok, call me selfish, but I want to start this out with a knit/crochet swap. :)
Now, the big question is - do we want to swap a finished object, or supplies for something for us to knit/crochet ourselves? If you want a finished object, what kind? Do we want to do all of the same type of item - i.e. scarf, or shrug, or something else, or do we want something a bit more open?

Most likely this will not be due until late January - I don't want to overwhelm anyone during the holiday silly season.

What kind of swap do we want to do next?
I've been thinking of either a swap where you send supplies for a small craft project that the person has never tried before - like I've never done... well crap, maybe I'm a bad example, I think I've tried just about everything once.

But say someone has never cross-stitched, you could send them a small kit or something.

Or we could just do a quick little Yuletide swap - just one small gift a random person.

Thoughts?

This is where I will manage craft and other swaps for my friends. Everyone have fun!
